Enter the individually-styled bedrooms and you’ll never want to leave. Beautifully designed, you can choose from roll top baths – some with a garden view, his ‘n’ her sinks, period bed frames, huge gilded mirrors, exposed brickwork and even a log burner. The Roebuck Inn near Knutsford is one glamorous establishment.

Tucked away in the leafy haven of Mobberley - a small village near Knutsford in Cheshire, the Roebuck Inn is perfectly placed to explore the glorious countryside. Take The Roebuck Walk; a four-mile journey through unspoilt rural landscapes and wild moorlands, followed by a delicious hearty meal in the pub's quirky bistro, of course. Visit nearby Tatton Park, the neo-classical mansion with exceptional gardens, Alderley Edge for fine dining, boutique shopping and glorious ancient woodland walks, and of course nearby Knutsford. A small town with a lot of history, explore its connections with writer Elizabeth Gaskell, and stroll around the pretty historic houses. Be prepared for some pretty dramatic landscapes in Cheshire's own slice of the celebrated Peak District. Steep dramatic limestone valleys collide with spectacular gorges and undulating hills - the perfect place to walk, cycle or enjoy a peaceful picnic.
